DELICIOUS!!! This place is AWESOME!!!! My wife and I decided to check this place out 40 min away from our home and we were extremely pleased with the service and food. We ordered paninis and they mentioned they were out of bread. After a quick talk with each other, they told us if we could wait 10 minutes they would bake fresh bread. I told them not to worry about it and they insisted on baking fresh bread. So we had fresh, authentic baked Italian bread for our paninis. The gelato is just like it is in Italy. The owners are true people and people oriented. A Must Do!!!

My all my there is no ice cream on this Earth better then at this location. I took my grandson there yesterday for the 1st time as he is from out of state and he was overwhelmed he said wow this is really really good use exclamation quite use their service truer words were never spoken by a child. My husband and I have been going ever quite a while and strongly recommend going there. I don't care how far it is make your way to that's a moray and enjoy a treat that you will never be able to beat

Tried it for the first time today. Amazing gelato and very friendly staff. So many flavors to choose from. Tried coffe, creme brulee and caramel. Can't wait to try the others as well.

Best gelato outside of Italy. The owners are from Milan. Located in North Scottsdale, it is a bit of a drive for many people, but so worth the effort. They have the usual flavors plus an abundance of unusual flavors to please every palate. They are closing for vacation from July 8 - July 27. Try them when they return. We even go there during the winter months to get our gelato fix.

So tasty with a great variety to pick from. Plus it is family run and they were all so nice!

I stopped by to get a cup of coffe on a Sunday evening this gelatery is run by italians in a very conservative not very diversed neighbourhood ethnically speaking which mean not a very inclined community eager to try a broader assortment of delicious pastries more uncommon gelatos flavours that the Italians are famous for I had a very good quality Sfogliatela with my coffee. I guess it must be very hard to compromise the excellent food tradition as the Italians are known for when you are surrounded by a society raised in a Bic Mac tradition.

I have been to Italy. I have eaten gelato all over italy. I have tired tons of flavors in Rome, Amalfi Coast, Burano, Venice and other locations. This gelato destination is as good, if not better than even the best spots in Italy. The proprietor is kind and generous. The flavor choices are outstanding. The taste is creamy and absolutely outstanding. For dessert, you must go here!!!!!

I was in town on a pretty hot weekend, so my local friends brought me here to eat some gelato. I always thought gelato and ice cream were the same, but I was wrong. According to the Food Network, there's more milk and most likely no egg yolks in gelato. There's also less fat used in gelato. Gelato is served about 10 to 15 degrees warmer so your mouth is less numb and better able to taste it.With that said, there were many flavors that looked to be delicious to choose from here. Eventually I went for the bianco e nero which was white chocolate and Nutella. Those are two of my favorites, so indeed it was really good! If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely swing by here again to try other flavors!

Amazing gelato. I have had wonderful gelato many times in Italy, but I am always glad to come back home to That's Amore for the best. If you have not tried there coffee (espresso) you are missing some of the very best in town.

Authentic Italian ice cream

Get the spaghetti eis, I've searched for 12 years since leaving Germany and it was heaven! The owner was a super friendly person. Great service and amazing gelato.

After a friend recommended That's Amore Gelato as the best around, we decided it would be the perfect birthday treat for my husband. We were not disappointed. We got lucky and arrived around 7:45 PM on a Wednesday night and got served right away. But the line that formed right behind us was out the door......and for good reason. The selection of flavors are vast, interesting and delicious! My husband had the coconut with chocolate and I had the old tried and true, mint chocolate chip. Pricing is reasonable and the portions are perfect. I had a small which was more than plenty. There is seating inside and out but plan on waiting. Don't worry. You'll be glad you did.

This is THE BEST gelato I've ever found! And if that's not enough, the owners are THE SWEETEST people!! I can't say enough good about the delicious treats and espresso here, nor about supporting such a wonderful family-run business. If you've not met these delightful people from Milan, Italy, or had their out-of-this-world food and service, you are seriously missing out!

Hands down the best gelato I've ever had! The owners are always there and so friendly and willing to assist. I never know what flavor to get but you can't go wrong with good old half chocolate half vanilla! Just perfect. Perfect Sunday afternoon date. Don't forget they're closed on Mondays :)

Fantastic as usual! They have at least 25 flavors of gelato plus Italian pastries and espresso. I try to stop here every time I'm in Phoenix.

I recently went to That's Amore to order a wedding cake for our wedding reception and wanted a cake that was not too fancy but very special and was full of meaning.The staff was amazing in helping me choose the perfect wedding cake; size, color, flavors and style. This could not have been easier and I felt like they really cared about me and made everything so easy.Also, they were great in helping with having the cake ready on time and the wedding cake, presented (and consumed) at the reception, exceeded expectations and was amazing. Everyone, including the restaurant staff (we offered the awesome people at Spiga Cucina to enjoy; the least we could do), thoroughly loved and enjoyed the cake.Please visit That's Amore and I really can't highly recommend them enough.
